How to make changes to your policy

Due to the short-term nature of the insurance we provide, once a policy is purchased it is not possible to make any changes to the cover.

You are able to cancel your policy at anytime, however your ability to get refunded will depend on whether your cover has started.

If you are looking to cancel your policy before cover has started, you will be able to get a full refund. If you contact us after the policy has started and the cover is in force, whilst we can cancel the policy for you there will be no refund due. This is in line with the rules set by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
