All payments originating from us should say "covertime.com" on your bank or credit card statement. If there is an amount on your statement that you do not recognise, or you may think has been taken in error, then please contact us and we will investigate as quickly as possible.
We will need the amount and date of the transaction as well as the last 4 digits of your card for our investigation.
Please allow us enough time to investigate before requesting a chargeback with your card issuer as a chargeback may result in cover being voided or cancelled in error.
