I'm not sure if my payment went through or not

Issues on the payment page

You should see on-screen confirmation that your payment was successful and a policy has been issued. You should also receive email confirmation of a purchase.

If no policy was issued but you believe payment was taken then please contact us immediately and we will investigate. It could be possible that the email confirmation went to your junk folder or perhaps you had mis-typed your email address.

If you encounter this problem outside of our customer service office hours we will investigate as soon as we can and return any money if found to have been taken in error.

Please be aware that banks will often hold funds as unavailable to spend for a period of time after an unsuccessful payment attempt. In this circumstance, we have not received payment but your bank is holding the amount as pending while they await confirmation that the payment has failed.
