I'm having trouble verifying my email

Link not working? Here's what you can do

When you log into the Covertime App for the first time, we send you an email with a link to verify it's really you and keep things nice and secure. If it's not working for you, there are some things we can try.

  1. Has it been more than an hour? The link we send you is only valid for one hour, so if it's been longer than that then you'll need to input your email again to get a fresh link.

  2. Not receiving the email? Make sure you have checked your spam/junk folder, as sometimes they can end up in there. If not, please enter your email again and double check you've entered in the correct email. If you still haven't received the email within 10 minutes, then get in touch with the team who can investigate further for you.
