There are a few reasons we might not be able to find your vehicle. First, please double-check that you've entered the registration number correctly - even small typos can cause issues.
We also can't insure certain vehicle types including lorries, minibuses, horseboxes, motor caravans, motor homes, recovery vehicles, licensed taxis or minicabs, and tippers.
If the vehicle registration is new, there can sometimes be delays in it showing on the relevant databases. In this case you'll need to try again at a later date once the databases have had time to update.
