Can I cancel my policy in the app

We cannot currently process cancellations in the app. If you need to cancel your policy, you can do so by getting in touch with the team, either via our live chat (which can be accessed on any page of the app by clicking the blue chat icon in the top right) or by sending an email to [email protected].
