Our system uses technical wizardry, along with the information you provide during your quote to fill out the majority of your driving licence number for you! All we typically need from you is the the last 4 digits of the licence number. 😊
Licence number not looking quite right? If you're going to input the last 4 digits of your licence number and notice that the rest of the number isn't right, then here's what you do!
Go back through your quote to make sure that the details you've provided are 100% correct. Even the smallest typos can cause issues here! Our system uses the information you input, so things like the full name of the driver and date of birth need to be 100% accurate.
If you have one name only - unfortunately our system isn't currently able to support licences where the driver has one name at the moment. This is something we are working to change in the future, so hopefully we'll be able to provide cover for you soon!
If you're in the App and accidentally inputted the last 4 digits incorrectly - you'll need to get in touch with the team so that they can get this corrected for you.
