You can edit some of your details anytime by heading to your Profile tab in the app and clicking ‘Edit my details’.
For details like your name and date of birth, you’ll need to get in touch with the team via the app. You’ll also be able to amend your contact preferences, delete your account and or get in touch with our friendly team.
If you're looking to change any details on a policy you'll need to get in touch with the team. Due to the short-term nature of the insurance we provide, once a policy is purchased it is not possible to make any changes to the cover.
You are able to cancel your policy at anytime, however your ability to get refunded will depend on whether your cover has started.
